When diving in the water you do an exercise of apnea. If we do this exercise with our lungs empty of air we facilitated the return of blood to the heart, and if we do this exercises with our lungs full of air we help the alveoli ventilation.

Movement

The exercises in the water make that the muscles plus the breathing become more elastic and acquire greater mobility. This extra contribution of air helps the body to have a greater supply of oxygen.

Freedom

Exercising in water leads to freedom of movements and postures that cannot be got out of this space, and it is done in a playful atmosphere and at a certain temperature so that people can relax and strengthens the ability of socialization.
